I looked on the company's web site and they list locations using VIP Preferred but it is not clear anywhere which are 'cage service' only and charging a fee versus these FREE self-serve machines. Here is a photo of what these E-Check, self-serve kiosk type machines look like: For me this is much better than being 'forced' to take out a larger $$$ just because of the fee but still be able to access up to your full amount of available gambling funds. So, thing with them is, you can easily just withdraw $20 or $100 or whatever at a time, many times, and it costs nothing.
